This project was based on a YouTube series by Lucas VR Tech for building a VR glove using 3D printed parts and potentiometers wired to a ESP-32 micro controller. At the time of building this project, I was active on a dedicated Discord server for experimentation. There were a few prototypes and iterations from start to finish, as shown in the photos below. At one point, I bought graphite paper in an attempt to create homemade flex sensors for each finger. I ended up scrapping this idea for a few reasons, but most importantly was the lack of reliability. I later went on to make what could best be described as a "Power Glove", complete with a built-in battery and joystick.
